Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms govern registration, projects, community participation and every other use of the Nexora coding platform.

2. Accounts

Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized access. Each person should use one genuine identity and must not impersonate another person or organization.

3. Projects and ownership

Users retain their rights in original projects. They grant Nexora only the permissions needed to store, process, preview and display content according to the selected visibility and publication settings.

4. Public, unlisted and private content

Public projects can be discovered by others. Unlisted projects remain accessible to anyone who receives the link. Private projects are intended only for the account owner and explicitly authorized access.

5. Downloads and reuse

Project owners control code visibility, ZIP downloads and reuse permission. Download permission alone does not grant permission to republish, sell or misrepresent another person’s work. The displayed project permissions must be respected.

6. Lawful use

Projects must comply with applicable law and third-party rights. Users may upload only software, assets and other materials they created or are authorized to use.

7. Prohibited content

Malware, credential theft, unauthorized tracking, unlawful content, targeted harassment, impersonation, privacy violations and copyright infringement are prohibited.

8. Platform security

Attempts to bypass authentication, access private projects, evade technical limits, probe accounts without authorization, manipulate statistics, disrupt services or compromise runtime isolation are prohibited.

9. Fair use and storage

Storage, runtime and request limits protect availability for everyone. Users must not intentionally exhaust resources, use Nexora as unrelated bulk storage or automate abusive traffic. Profile and account metadata may be treated separately from project storage.

10. Community conduct

Users must communicate respectfully, avoid deceptive claims and must not publish personal or confidential information without permission. Reports must be truthful and include enough context for a fair review.

11. Moderation review

Nexora may review reported projects, account activity and relevant technical records when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, enforce these Terms or comply with legal duties. Decisions consider context, severity, repetition and available evidence.

12. First warning

A first account warning normally results in a 24-hour login lock. The user receives an account notice at the registered email address and can review the warning in account settings after access is restored.

13. Second warning

A second account warning normally results in a 48-hour login lock. Repeated conduct may also lead to feature restrictions or removal of affected content.

14. Third warning

A third warning may suspend login until the user contacts Nexora Support and the account has been reviewed. Serious violations may justify immediate stronger action without completing every warning stage.

15. Account status

An account may be active, restricted, temporarily locked or suspended. Restrictions can affect sign-in, publishing, sharing, runtime access or other functions. A temporary lock ends at the recorded time unless another enforcement decision applies.

16. Notice and review request

Nexora normally sends an email for warnings, suspensions and reinstatements. Delivery cannot be guaranteed if the address is invalid or the receiving provider rejects the message. Users may request review through the official support form.

17. Suspension evasion

Creating or using replacement accounts to evade a restriction is prohibited and may extend enforcement to related accounts or projects where reasonably supported by evidence.

18. Administrative access

Nexora administration is restricted to authorized employees. Administrative actions are permission-controlled and may be logged for security, accountability and investigation purposes.

19. Reporting

Reports should include the relevant username, project link, description and available evidence. Deliberately false, threatening or automated reports may lead to restrictions.

20. Availability and maintenance

Continuous error-free availability is not guaranteed. Security work, maintenance, infrastructure failures and abuse prevention may temporarily interrupt access.

21. Backups and exports

ZIP exports are provided for portability, but users remain responsible for maintaining independent backups of important projects and verifying exported files.

22. Account deletion

Users may delete their account through available controls. Active data is removed subject to technical backups, abuse-prevention records and legal retention obligations.

23. Changes

Features and these Terms may change where reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated with appropriate notice when required.

24. Liability and governing law

Mandatory statutory liability and consumer protections remain unaffected. German law applies where permitted without removing mandatory protections of the user’s habitual residence.
